All Sales Are Final

PakGoods.store operates a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage all customers to review product descriptions, size charts, color options, and all available product information carefully before completing a purchase.

Why We Have This Policy

As an online store, all our products are sourced and dispatched directly from our suppliers upon order confirmation. Due to the nature of our business operations, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds once an order has been dispatched.

No Refund on the Following

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Wrong size ordered by the customer
  • Product color appearing slightly different due to screen display settings
  • Order placed by mistake
  • Delay in delivery due to courier or logistics issues

Exception — Damaged or Wrong Item Received

We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is:

  • Significantly damaged during transit, or
  • Completely different from what was ordered (wrong product delivered)

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at [Your WhatsApp Number] with clear photos and a video of the unboxing. We will review the case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds in cash are not offered under any circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery without a valid reason, the customer will be added to our blocked list and will not be eligible to place future orders.

Color & Size Disclaimer

Product colors displayed on screen may slightly vary from the actual product due to photography lighting and monitor display settings. This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If you placed an order by mistake, contact us immediately via WhatsApp. Cancellation before dispatch is possible only at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
