Domestic Shipping — Pakistan Only PakGoods.store currently ships across Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Courier Partners We ship through trusted Pakistani courier services including:

• TCS
• Leopards Courier
• Call Courier
• Trax

The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your location and availability.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
• During peak seasons or sale events, processing may take 2–3 business days

Delivery Timeframes

Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Rs. 150 – Rs. 250 (based on weight and location)
• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 2,500 (within major cities)
• Remote area surcharges may apply

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across Pakistan
• A small COD handling fee of Rs. 50–100 may apply
• Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your shipment on the respective courier's website.

Failed Delivery Attempts If the courier is unable to deliver your order after 2–3 attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. In this case:

• A re-delivery fee may apply
• COD orders returned due to non-delivery will incur shipping charges deducted from any applicable refund
